OSA Računarski inženjering d.o.o, a Serbian private company, was founded in 1989 in Belgrade. From the very beginning, OSA concentrated on satisfying the real needs of its customers. OSA has been engaged in the development of software and integration solutions. Today it is considered to be one of the pioneers in the field of document management systems in the region. In the mid-1990s, OSA developed its own UniDocs document and business process management software solution. Since then, the system has been constantly evolving, optimizing, and improving following the progress of technology and IT trends. Since 2012, the upgrade of the UniDocs DMS software solution with modules for business management, clients, employees, etc. has started. (ERP, CRM, HR, BI) which from that moment enabled us to offer the market an integrated UniDocs Business Box software solution for managing all functions in one company.
As the business with UniDocs developed, OSA decided to give UniDocs a limited number of partners, who successfully placed the product on the market of Serbia and the countries of the region.
Currently, OSA is a well-positioned company in the IT market, with about 40 employees and a turnover of about 12 million euros for 2013, as well as a reputation as a leading expert on DMS, GIS, and CAD systems. In addition to UniDocs, OSA is the general distributor of Autodesk products for the Adriatic region and a member of ADN, as well as a distributor and partner of Océ, Canon, and KERN equipment for professional printing, scanning and enveloping.
