Direct Group is a leader in providing services in the domain of the complete supply chain - connecting manufacturers with customers and at the same time providing logistical and distribution support to business partners, as well as support for financial management and customer relations. Direct Group includes specialized sales divisions (companies) dedicated entirely to brands they distribute on the market (British American Tobacco, Telenor, Doncafe, ..)

Due to the cooperation with a large number of clients (about 26,000 small and medium-sized retail outlets), the distribution of paper documentation from remote locations, as well as the search and retrieval of current client documentation took too long. In this regard, the company Direct Group has decided to eliminate such difficulties in its work by introducing UniDocs DMS solutions.
